How to request removal of indexed content

What this page covers
This site hosts no video files. Every video is displayed through an embed served by a third-party platform. A removal request can therefore be handled at two levels:

We action level 2 quickly, but we encourage you to pursue level 1 as well — it is the only action that removes the material from the internet, not just from our listing.
Submitting a DMCA takedown notice
Send your notice to . To be actionable under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), your notice must include all of the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorised to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed. If a single notice covers multiple works, provide a representative list.
- Identification of the material you want removed, with enough information for us to locate it — the full URL of the video page is the most useful format.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the disputed use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf.
Incomplete notices will be returned with a request for the missing elements. We aim to process complete notices within 3 business days.
Non-copyright removal requests
Some requests are not about copyright. These are handled on a faster track:
- Underage or suspected underage depiction — removed within 24 hours. No legal paperwork required. Use our Report Content page.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery — removed within 24 hours. You do not need to be the copyright holder.
- Prohibited categories — content depicting or implying incest, bestiality, sexual violence, or non-consensual acts is excluded from our index.
- Personal privacy — if you appear in a video and want the index entry removed, contact us with the URL. We will delist the entry while we review.
Counter-notification
If your content was removed and you believe the removal resulted from a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to our DMCA contact (below) including your contact details, identification of the removed material and its previous location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed in error, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate federal court.
We will forward valid counter-notifications to the original complainant. Content may be restored if the complainant does not file a court action within the statutory period.
Repeat infringers
We maintain a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, indexing of sources that are the subject of repeated valid infringement notices. Domains and source identifiers associated with repeated notices are added to a permanent exclusion list.
